With a portfolio of producing China’s’ earliest national design and art TV show reaching 30 million weekly viewers; founding Beijing’s first coworking space,(www.niwotata.org); masterminding China’s biggest happening art brand Beijing design Week (www.bjdw.org); investing and supervise a series of social entrepreneurial and blockchain ventures globally, Yanling is inspired to serve in the planetary consciousness movement by applying social art and system design in entrepreneurial endeavors and global initiatives.

Paksy Plackis-Cheng

Paksy, founder of impactmania, a program development firm that has connected hundreds of people and projects. Her work has been cited in international media outlets, universities, U.S. Consulates, and the U.N.
In tech, she was a part of EMEA executive teams for two American software companies. There she built and managed marketing and business development functions globally. Seasoned in startup, high-growth, M&A, her marketing and business development functions led to winning key client accounts and the company to a $7B exit. Paksy thrives in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. Raised millions of dollars for organizations. Drive innovative change management. Is strategic but operationally strong.
Currently, impactmania has a partnership with University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) where Paksy created and leads an interdisciplinary and entrepreneurial program.
Fluent in Dutch, Cantonese, and English (can read basic German), served on 6+ boards, including twice as the President of the Board of the Santa Barbara Symphony. Paksy graduated from the Erasmus University, the Netherlands.

Rupa Dash

Indian entrepreneur & Filmmaker

Dash is an entertainment entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. She is the Co-Founder & CEO Dash Global Media, a leading entertainment company in Los Angeles focused in film packaging for world cinema. She is also the CEO of World Woman Foundation spree heading a global mentorship program for Women in Film and their influence on global issues.

Dash has extensive Film Marketing experience in development and implementation of global brand strategies for Paramount Pictures and Warner Brothers for theatrical releases. She has managed multi-million dollar development of all brand and marketing activities to meet strategic objectives and box office goals for major studios in India. She is also associated with Brillstein Entertainment Partners, an organization regarded as the premier entertainment management group in Hollywood.

An ardent advocate for social entrepreneurship and leadership development for women in business and entertainment Rupa is involved with UN Women, Harvard Business School, International, Davos Forum and Hollywood Film Festival advocating Gender Equality in Film and Entertainment Industry.

She is the first Indian American Managing Director of the World’s Largest Women Entrepreneurship Network recognized by White House and the first women to receive the International Telecom Union Award from United Nation. Rupa attended the Anderson School of management at UCLA, Los Angeles and focused on Entrepreneurship and MBA from University of Arkansas, Little Rock.

Swaady is a serial entrepreneur & author. She has ~20 years experience in Business Management, Brand Building & new Business Model development working with the multinational GE and various entrepreneurial ventures. She’s the founder & CEO of YSWARA, a tea company transforming African agricultural commodities locally to contribute to the reversal of the African commodity trap.

In 2018, she launched SHIFT WITHIN, a self-development platform offering courses, programs, workshops, retreats & gatherings promoting mindful living. 

She has received numerous distinctions & awards. She is an Arch. Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellow and was named “The Queen of African Luxury” by FORBES in 2013. She was named by the same publication, one of “The top 20 young Africans building the future of Africa”. She was listed on Oprah Winfrey’s 2014 “O’ Power List” and named one of the “Youngest Power Women in Africa” by FORBES.

Swaady had a successful 10-years career at GE where she held leadership positions in several divisions with her last posting as GE Transportation’s Director for Sub-Saharan Africa. She developed GE’s first strategic plans for Africa. She is the author of the A.F.R.I.C.A business model for accelerating the growth of multinationals in Africa which was recognized as a Best Practice and shared at various ivy league business schools (INSEAD, Wharton, Harvard) and business forums (Medef).

Swaady is a strong advocate of conscious entrepreneurship, consciousness, women empowerment and leadership. She led the GE Women’s Network for Africa, supports various leadership initiatives and participated in the set-up of Africa 2.0 and the African Leadership Network, premier networks of young African leaders.

She is a Board Member of the African Leadership Institute, member of the Impact Committee for the I&P IPAE2 Fund and a Trustee of the Nirox Art Foundation.

Swaady has authored MALAIKA AND THE ANGEL, a collection of mindfulness tales for children.
